Zwift Running – Hill Repeats with Wahoo Tickr Run

I could not get the Zwift Runpod to work no matter what I did today, so I hooked up the Tickr Run combo heart rate/running speed-cadence sensor. It worked well enough except for a super wonky glitchy section during an interval. Alas… Powered by WPeMatico

Zwift Running Pre-Start of Training Program Jan 6

I chose the “Cyclist to 10k” Program in Zwift Running and this was the pre-program warmup (which I didn’t know at the time, so here I’m thinking it was actually the first workout, which it wasn’t) and after possibly fixing some connectivity issues with the Runpod I did the first workout, then a little bit of steep walking to finish it off. Zwift Running with the Zwift Runpod – Steep Test Jan 5

After a slew of connection problems (Zwift on PC is not natively Bluetooth friendly and their footpod seems to be really wonky at times) I finally did my training program for the day. Then I switched the treadmill to 21% inclination and down to 3.1 MPH so I could test it for potential VK training. Not the optimum at all, but I was curious how it would work out. Wahoo Kickr Core Erg Mode Jan 3

My Zwift free trial ran out, and since I was still up in the air about subscribing on Jan 3 (almost a month ago now) I used my Wahoo Fitness App in Erg Mode set at 50% FTP while talking to myself about whether I should pay for Zwift or not, and how cool would it be to run a training program as an overlay on another video streaming service? Zwift – First Long Recovery Ride After FTP Test – Dec 31 2018

Yep, did this one on December 31, over a month ago, and it got lost in the shuffle. Sharing my thoughts on a long (30+ miles) recovery ride in Zwift. Is it possible to ride 30+ miles in Zwift? What keeps you motivated and in the game? I was still in my free trial and trying to decide – should I pay for this or not? Powered by WPeMatico

Stryd Tech Support Question About Incline Speeds

I have been curious about using a Stryd pod for a little while now, especially with Zwift, since it might pair more consistently than the Zwift Pod, or my Wahoo Tickr Run, or my Garmin Pod or my Adidas Pod, none of which are really accurate, or connect consistently. As a side bonus, if I use the Stryd App and sync to Strava, I can get in my usual steep treadmill training and out in the hills maybe figure out a way to more efficiently move in the mountains. You know, with the Run The Rut Lone Peak VK coming up in like 30 weeks. Question:After reading this https://support.stryd.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002319913-How-do-I-set-incline-in-the-Android-app- I…
